A: Here is are our main levels of Sponsorship:
Platinum $5000
This platinum-level sponsorship entitles you to:
· Sponsor’s name on sign on front stage, off to the side or above main speakers and clearly visible to the audience.
· Logo featured in the official PodcampDC Guide, conference banner
· Logo in main public communication (press releases, flyers, posters, advertising, brochure)
· Exhibit space/ Demo table for promotional use
· 2 Interviews on PodCampDC official Podcast and/or VideoCast
· Platinum-level website banner graphic on website until next event in 2009
· Placement on the PodcampDC web page for sponsors, with your logo, contact info, and descriptive details about sponsor’s products or services.
· Option to conduct a raffle during meet and greet party with company-donated products
Gold $2500
This platinum-level sponsorship entitles you to:

This Silver-level sponsorship entitles you to:

Our Friend of PodcampDC sponsorship entitles you to:
· Placement on the PodcampDC web page for Friends of Podcamp, with your logo, contact info, and descriptive details about your products or services.
PodcampDC is also actively seeking in-kind donations. Our expected individual sponsorship opportunities are as follows:
· Catering for Friday for meet-n-greet party - approx. $500
· Breakfast for Saturday - approx. $500
· PodcampDC Saturday Night Party Sponsor- approx. $1500
· Breakfast for Sunday - approx. $500
· Webcams for live session streaming - approx. $250
· Print and web advertising - approx. $100-$1000
· Schwag Sponsors - approx. $500
· Technology/Equipment Sponsors - $1000
